Thank you for choosing Shiyoma. We strive to deliver your handcrafted 925 silver jewellery as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Across India): 3-7 business days.
Local Delivery (Pune): 1-2 business days.
Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost for urgent orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reputed courier services (like BlueDart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees) to ensure your 925 silver jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. Every package is insured and handled with care.

5. Packaging & Safety

To ensure a premium unboxing experience and the safety of your jewellery:

Every item is packed in a tamper-proof Shiyoma branded box.
We recommend filming an unboxing video upon receipt. This helps us quickly resolve any issues regarding transit damage or missing items.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery
