At Shiyoma, we take immense pride in our 100-year legacy of honesty and craftsmanship. Every piece of 925 silver jewellery undergoes a strict quality check before it leaves our studio in Pune. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original Shiyoma packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Personalized or custom-made jewellery is also final sale.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at +91 8149797592.

3. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card) within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
